🦆 Ducks in a Row — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 20 July 2026 · App: “Ducks in a Row” for Android · Developer: AndyCApps

The short version: Ducks in a Row has no accounts and no sign-in. Your game progress stays on your device. We don’t collect, store or sell your personal information. The free version shows ads through Google AdMob, which uses your device’s advertising ID to serve and measure ads — you’ll be asked for consent where the law requires it, and buying “Remove all ads” switches advertising off entirely.

1. Who we are

Ducks in a Row is developed and published by AndyCApps, based in the United Kingdom. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at andycapps1981@gmail.com.

2. Information the app stores on your device

The game saves the following locally on your device only, so the app works offline and remembers where you left off:

This information never leaves your device, is not linked to your identity, and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the game shows advertisements (between-level ads and optional reward videos) provided by Google AdMob. To serve, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google and its advertising partners may collect information from your device, including:

We do not receive or store this information ourselves. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your choices: In the UK, EEA and other regions where consent is required, the app shows a consent message on first launch letting you choose between personalised and non-personalised ads; you can change your choice at any time via that form. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Purchasing Remove all ads permanently disables all advertising in the app.

4. Purchases

Optional one-time purchases (“Remove all ads” and “Auto-mark ✕”) are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details. The only thing saved is a local flag confirming what you own, and Google Play lets you restore purchases on a new device.

5. What we don’t do

6. Children

Ducks in a Row is a general-audience logic game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where consent applies, ad serving follows Google’s policies for the choice made on the consent form.

7. Data retention and deletion

Because game data lives only on your device, uninstalling the app deletes it. Advertising data collected by Google is retained and deleted according to Google’s retention policy; resetting your advertising ID unlinks previously collected ad data from your device identifier.

8. Your rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK data protection law you have rights over personal data, including access, correction and erasure. We hold no personal data about you on our systems; for data processed by Google for advertising, the controls above and Google’s privacy tools at myadcenter.google.com apply. You can also contact us at andycapps1981@gmail.com with any request or question, and you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data — for example by adding analytics or online features — we will update this page and the effective date above before the change ships.
